Crucial (the website, content, branding, photos, videos, company and logos) is subject to copyright unless otherwise stated. Do not copy any content unless you have first secured the permission of the respective owner.
PRIVACY POLICY
Crucial will only have access to the personal details provided by the respective party.
We will never store personal financial information including bank account and credit/debit card details. Non-financial personal details may be saved, but will not be given to third parties unless permission has been granted for the sharing of such information, we are required to do so by law, we believe the details are being used fraudulently or the details are being used for spamming purposes.
We will contact customers only in reply to their queries, following-up orders and to subscribed newsletters. You can close your account and unsubscribe from subscriptions at any time.
Answers to surveys are anonymous unless specified and will only be shared with third parties given the respondents' permission.
POSTAGE POLICY
Goods purchased will be sent within 3 days of receiving full and cleared payment. All goods purchased are send via one of Royal Mail’s insured services and will require a signature on delivery. It is the customers’ responsibility to be available for receipt of the goods purchased.
We hold no responsibility for Royal Mail delivery times, but would like to outline the following:
First Class: 1-2 working days.
Second Class: 2-3 working days.
Special Delivery: Next working day.
Airmail Europe: 5-10 Working days.
Airmail (Rest of World): up to 21 days.
The above times are approximate and apply when the goods are sent, not when payment is received.
RETURNS POLICY
If your order is received damaged or faulty then you must contact us within 7 working days for instructions. You will then have 5 working days from receiving instructions, or 10 working days from receipt (whichever greater) to return the order. Where possible you will receive a replacement, or a full refund including all postage costs incurred.
If your order is received and you decide that you no longer want it then you must contact us within 7 working days for instructions. Your order may then be returned within 5 working days from receiving instructions for a refund, less a 10% restocking charge. Your order must be in an unused condition in order to receive a refund. You are responsible for sending the order back to us and we recommend sending it with insurance as we will not send a refund if it is lost or received damaged.
Once your purchase has been used then we will no longer offer refunds or replacements and accept no responsibility for damage.
